ABSTRACT:
The present paper describes the simple, specific, accurate, precise and cost-effective reverse phase high-performance
liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous estimation of rosuvastatin calcium, clopidogrel bisulfate and aspirin in
solid dosage form. Chromatographic separation was achieved using ODS C18 RP column, 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm using a
mobile phase consisting of a mixture of phosphate buffer: acetonitrile (60:40) and pH adjusted to 3.00 with 0.5%
orthophosphoric acid. The detection was made at 235 nm. The retention times were about 3.007, 4.113 and 6.987 minutes
for ASP, CLO and ROS. The method was validated according to the ICH cases. The method was linear in the range of 10-
30 μg/ml for ASP, CLO and 2.5-7.5 μg/ml for ROS. The method was validated in terms of accuracy, precision, linearity, limit
of detection, limit of quantitation and robustness. The proposed method can be used for the estimation of these drugs in
combined dosage form.

ABSTRACT:
Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is a tyrosine kinase receptor that belongs to the epidermal growth factor
receptor family. Dimerization of the receptor causes auto-phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in the receptor cytoplasmic
domain, triggering a range of signaling cascades that lead to cell proliferation and cancer. HER2 amplification or
overexpression is found in 15–30% of breast cancers and 10–30% of gastric/gastroesophageal tumour, and it is used as a
prognostic and predictive biomarker. Other malignancies with HER2 overexpression include the ovary, endometrial, bladder,
lung, colon, and head and neck. The introduction of HER2-focused medicines has a significant impact on the outcomes of
patients with HER2-positive breast and gastric/gastro esophageal cancers; however, the results in other HER2 overexpressing
tumour have been dismal. This study examines the significance of HER2 in various malignancies and the therapy options for
HER2

ABSTRACT:
There are two main categories of sweeteners: artificial or synthetic sweeteners and natural sweeteners derived from
plants. Sweetening substances either provide a sweet flavour or enhance the perception of a sweet taste. More sugar is
consumed at a higher risk of gaining weight and developing ailments like diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular issues.
These days, foods with no added sugar have a considerably better reputation because of their low or no calorie counts.
As a result, numerous food manufacturers replace sugars with other low-calorie artificial sweeteners, also called non-
nutritive sweeteners (NNS). NNS are dietary supplements that mimic the sweet flavour effects of sugar with lower caloric
intake. As a result, NNS is now used more frequently worldwide. FDA has accepted the use of eight artificial sweeteners
(saccharin, acesulfame-K, aspartame, sucralose, stevia, neotame, advantame, luo ha guo). These artificial sweeteners
or sugar substitutes are widely used in the dairy, medicinal, and processed food industries. The primary goal of this
review is to discuss the various artificial sweetener and how they can be used to avoid various ailments within the
healthcare system.

ABSTRACT:
The use of nutraceuticals as a complementary approach to conventional medicine is gaining popularity, but there
is limited research on consumer behavior towards nutraceuticals, particularly in the Indian context. This study
aims to explore consumer behavior towards nutraceuticals in different groups of patients in North Gujarat. The
study will be conducted at the pharmacy level, where patients purchase nutraceuticals. The study will utilize a
cross-sectional survey design, and data will be collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The
questionnaire will include questions on demographic characteristics, knowledge and attitudes towards
nutraceuticals, purchasing patterns, and perceived effectiveness. Data will be analysed using descriptive and
inferential statistics. The findings of this study will provide insights into consumer behavior towards nutraceuticals
in North Gujarat and contribute to the development of appropriate strategies for promoting the use of
nutraceuticals as a complementary approach to conventional medicine. The study's results may be of interest to
healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the general public interested in the use of nutraceuticals in the
management of chronic illnesses and overall health improvement..

ABSTRACT:
Nutraceuticals are widely consumed by patients as a complementary therapy for various health conditions. This
review aims to provide an overview of consumer behavior towards nutraceuticals in different groups of patients. A
comprehensive search of databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar were conducted for relevant
studies published from 2010 to 2022. The review summarizes the factors that influence consumer behavior, such as
age, gender, education, income, health status, and belief in traditional medicine. It also explores the types of
nutraceuticals preferred by different patient groups and the reasons behind their use. The review highlights the need
for healthcare professionals to be aware of patient preferences and attitudes towards nutraceuticals in order to
provide appropriate advice and support. Future research should focus on the efficacy and safety of nutraceuticals, as
well as their potential interactions with conventional medicines

ABSTRACT:
People's physical, psychological, and social well-being can be negatively impacted by a condition known as Work-Related Stress,
which is one of the most prevalent forms of mental illness and stress disorder in the Indian population. Because of the demanding
nature of their jobs, workers in the industrial sector are frequently subjected to stress and strain. In order to combat the harmful
effects of stress in the workplace, there is an urgent want for the adoption of measures that are uncomplicated, economical, and
straightforward to put into practice. Relaxation Techniques has been taken into consideration as a potential employee for this
position. The reviewers looked through a variety of databases to find relevant publications. These papers were found by using
search engines like as PubMed, Medline, Research gate, and Google Scholar using the following key words: "Relaxation
techniques, Stress, Anxiety, Industrial workers, etc." In conclusion, the practice of relaxation techniques has a considerable impact
on lowering levels of stress and anxiety among those who work in industrial settings. By using these strategies in the workplace,
businesses have the potential to improve their employees' health and well-being, as well as to increase their productivity and provide
a more pleasant location to do their jobs. A complete employee wellness program in the industrial sector should always make mental
health a priority and offer employees resources to help them reduce stress. This should be one of the program's main components.
