ABSTRACT:
Indole or 2,3 benzo-pyrrole is an important compound in the synthesis of various medicinally active
compounds and is even included in the synthesis of certain natural compounds (reserpine, ergot,
tryptamine, physostigmine, etc.). As the naturally available indole derivatives had shown the diverse
biological activity leads to the synthetic development of indole compounds that have a potent activity with
targeted action. In the view of synthetic development of medicinal compounds, certain promising
compounds were selected from previously existing synthesised compounds, and the current study involves
the discovery of the activity of such promising compounds on different receptor proteins with the application
of molecular docking

ABSTRACT:
Drug authorization is the regulatory process by which any person /organization /sponsor gets their drugs
approved for launch in the market. To submit the marketing authorization application in any country, it is
important to know that country's regulatory and pharmaceutical legislation in advance. The main goals of
pharmaceutical regulations include 1. Development and production for the market of new and effective
therapeutics. 2. Protection of patients from unsafe/ or misbranded products. Various government agencies
are involved in regulating the drugs in the market. In this study, there is involvement of regulatory
requirements for drug approval namely in INDIA-CDSCO (Central Drug Standard Control Organization), US-
FDA (Food and Drug Administration), CANADA-TPD (Therapeutic Products Directorate), JAPAN-MHLW
(Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare). All this agency has different procedures for drug regulation and its
approval. In history, several tragic incidents happened in the drug development process due to incomplete
and imperfect safety regulations. So the drug product must comply with all regulatory authorities. Once all the
data have been gathered strictly and studied well, then only the drug can get marketing approval. The drug
approval process of various countries is similar in some aspects but also differs in some ways. This paper
also focuses on similarities and differences among the regulatory requirements and procedures of these four
countries.

ABSTRACT:
The wide spectrum activity of the pyridazine moiety makes them substantially an active compound in new drug
design. The experimental data obtained in the current study explains pyridazine and its derivatives are
pharmacologically active and are being used in various disorders and diseases with a few side effects. The
two adjacent nitrogen atoms in the structure along with the various aromatic and alkyl side chains containing
the halogen atoms have shown potent biological activity, even with the physical properties pyridazine shows
the most unique properties. The extent of the study involves exploring the various activities of the pyridazines..

ABSTRACT:
Background: Continuous stress that is connected to the workplace is known as "occupational stress." The stress
may be brought on by the obligations related to the work itself, by elements of the workplace culture, or by
personality difficulties. Any type of profession or career comes with a certain amount of stress. When stress is
present, it can be a motivator that encourages the person to pursue perfection. But excessive stress can impair
the performance, undermine confidence, and make it difficult to carry out daily duties. If not properly managed,
occupational stress can eventually have an adverse impact on both physical and emotional health. Stress can
cause emotional problems such as anxiety, and depression, and, in some circumstances further limit one's
capacity to enjoy any element of life.Method: In this study Descriptive evaluatory approach was used and a pre-
experimental design with one group pre-test post-test used as a research design, the sampling technique used
was non-probability convenience sampling technique, sample size was calculated to be 500, the sample consisted
of industrial workers.Result: Pretest anxiety mean was 15.9 with SD of 5.6 and post-test mean was 6.3 with SD of
4.4, the mean difference was 9.6, the calculated t value is 72 was more significant at 0.001 level of significance.
Pretest stress mean was 39.86 with SD of 07.01 and post-test mean was 31.01 with SD of 5.12, the mean
difference was 08.85, the calculated t value is 23.48 was more significant at 0.001 level of significance. Correlation
between anxiety and stress level of industrial workers where mean for anxiety is 15.09 and for stress is 7.01, the
table value is <0.05.Conclusion: The relaxation techniques was effective on the reducing of stress and anxiety
among industrial workers.

ABSTRACT:
The liability of the nursing workforce is described by civil, felonious law, and correctional aspects. The
unproductive association between a certain geste and the performing adverse event and the course of the
assessment of events as rationally foreseeable-- case by case and not only in statistical terms-- are rudiments
to be taken into account. The question of nursing responsibility must be placed in the environment of the
capability and autonomy of the nanny in the nanny-case alliance and in the environment of nursers'
professional and educational biographies. The relationship between the croaker and nanny and nanny and
medical sociable worker in the individual and restorative course are rudiments for reflection. One needs to be
aware, alert, and continuously educate himself with legal aspects, and case studies to meet all responsibilities
in the patient care profession.
