ABSTRACT:
India spreads out nearly 90,000 tons of pesticides within the fields and have become one among the very best users within the world. The
chemical war isn’t won and everyone life is caught in its brutal crossfire. In our everyday food may have around 1000 milligrams of pesticides.
Pesticides are the natural or synthetic agents, and it is used to kill all types of pests. Pesticides are used in fields like agriculture, forestry,
aquaculture, food industry etc. Due to its comprehensive use these pesticides threaten public health and ecosystem. This review has
organized to present a comprehensive review on pesticides with respect to their definition, classifications, routes of exposure, and health
impacts. We have reviewed the most common diseases including cancer which are associated Pesticides have shown to be involved in the
Childhood cancers, Prostate cancer, Breast cancer, Colorectal cancer, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), Leukaemia, Birth defects, Cognitive
effects, Genetic damages, Endocrine disruptors, Epigenetic effects pathogenesis of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases as well as various
disorders of the respiratory and reproductive tracts. Oxidative stress caused by pesticides is a crucial mechanism through which many of the
pesticides are affecting the human health. Those effects are very harmful to health as well as for the environment therefore control of their
used in a proper way is necessary. By proper training of the farmers and other people regarding their effect and process of screening may
lessen these pesticide problems.

ABSTRACT:
Ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) is a new advance technique giving a new possibility in liquid
chromatography, especially decreases of time, and solvent consumption. The principle of UPLC is based on Van
Deemter equation which describes the Relationship between linear velocity with plate height. UPLC, which improves the
three areas: “speed, resolution and sensitivity”. UPLC chromatographic system is designed in a specific way to withstand
high system back- pressures in this system uses a fine particle (less than 2.5 μm) so, decrease the length of column and
significantly gain the efficiency. Separation efficiency maintained or is improved by UPLC. Speed allows a greater number
of analyses to be performed in a shorter amount of time thereby increasing sample output and lab productivity. Today’s
pharmaceutical industries are looking for new ways to reduce cost and save time for the development of various
categories of drugs while at the same time improving the quality of their products. As compared to HPLC, UPLC has
more advantages and pharmaceutical application. This review introduces the theory of UPLC, Principle, Instrumentation,
comparison with HPLC and summarizes some of the most recent work on various drugs in a pharmaceutical field.

ABSTRACT:
Nitrosamine impurities are referred as carcinogenic and mutagenic impurities, very less amount of exposure of those impurities can cause
cancer. Nitrosamine impurities considered as a human cancer-causing agent by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).
Nitrosamine impurities are detected in different pharmaceutical products in recent days. This led to the recall of pharmaceutical products.
Various sartans, nizatidine, ranitidine, and metformin are recalled from the markets because of the high limit of Nitrosamine impurities.
These impurities are formed and get incorporated into drug substance or drug product through catalyst, reagent, solvent or raw materials
used in the manufacturing process. Nitrosamine impurities is avoided by taking precaution within the manufacturing of drug substance
and drug products. Validated analytical methods are to be used to identification and quantification of Nitrosamine impurities hence it
needs sensitive instrument which may detect Nitrosamine impurities to the trace level at given interim limit. Gas chromatography or
Liquid chromatography together with mass detector is widely used for their determination and identification. Various regulatory authorities
like USFDA, ICH Canadian Drug and Health Agencies are focusing on the purity requirements and identification of impurities in active
pharmaceutical ingredients as presence of impurities even in less amounts may affect on the safety and efficacy of the pharmaceutical
products. Regulatory Authorities has improved for educating the health care professional, manufacturers and also public about the
adverse effect(carcinogenic) of the Nitrosamine impurity consumption.

ABSTRACT:
Hygiene is the primary requirement for healthy lifestyle and Hand hygiene is one of them. Hand hygiene preventive step for reduce
the transmission of virus, bacteria or any infectious agents to the body. In current situation People are commonly using hand
sanitizer and hand wash as a regular basis. During this pandemic and to prevent COVID 19, people are regularly use hand sanitizer
and hand wash as a safety precaution, which are very use full and need during protect yourself to COVID 19 virus. There are many
Corona warriors like Doctor, Nurses, Pharmacist, Workers who have the regularly use hand sanitizer and hand wash to protect
themselves. But overuse of alcohol-based hand sanitizer and hand wash which causes very serious Problem to Human health as a
regular basis. This review focuses on the critical or dangerous problems occurring to regular use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer,
from this it also covering the cure and prevention steps for skin problems, hand hygiene products selection criteria according to skin,
maximum percentage of excipients in the hand hygiene products.
